As part of our parking enforcements we supply free permits to be displayed inside authorised vehicles and clear signs indicating control and restriction, including -

Our services -
We will apply for the Operating Licence required for the area of land being controlled, there maybe a once only fee of from *£100.00 VAT for small areas of land and from *£145.00 VAT for larger areas, this covers the cost of Licence and Display Warning signs Boards. We can have this system in place in 24 hours depending on chosen restriction.
We will undertake Control and Policing of your parking area EVERY DAY 100% FREE OF CHARGE & HASSLE FREE.
We will send you on request free monthly statements detailing dates and times of visits and the number of vehicles if any that have been issued with a Parking Charge Notice.
In the event you see an unauthorised vehicle on your land you can if you wish simply call the special telephone number we give you or Text your location and subject to availability we will attend, make notes, take photographs, issue and fix a £60.00 Penalty Charge Notice to the vehicle/s.
We will need to inspect the Parking area to ascertain its suitability for Parking Control & Policing Services, some areas may not be suitable.
There are no yearly costs to this service and we will require you to sign an agreement giving us permission to supply the Services to you for a period of 30 Days or 12 months. After the free trial and providing you accept the service you will receive a 30 day invoice for the once only fee if applicable.

Please note, We cannot take control of any land that is Public Highway, only land which is private, Owned, Leased or Rented, Commercial or Residential can be controlled by this system.
We do not clamp vehicles. Clamping can have very distressing effects on certain people due to the nature of the payment and the immobilisation of the vehicle, Violence is often displayed and sometimes property is damaged as a direct result from clamping, it is not socially acceptable and is a real eyesore, and if the driver cannot pay then that vehicle remains blocking your parking space until a time period has passed and then a lorry attends at a great cost to the environment and removes it, And that is just pointless.
If the vehicle is not ment to be parked on the land their is no point clamping it to make it stay their, it is just not logical.
We believe in a logical and fair for all system using Penalty Charge Notice / Parking Charge Notice, this allows the driver to move the vehicle on return which frees up your space straight away, and this is more socially acceptable to the driver as they have a reasonable time to pay the charge and are able to continue using the vehicle, the driver maybe a Doctor or Nurse on call where any delay could have catastrophic effects, The system is very fair and driver can even appeal the charge if they believe they have a reason to do so.
